Concerto di Venezia is one of Robinot’s most iconic reds, a symphony of spice, texture, and joyful energy built around Pineau d’Aunis. In some vintages, Cabernet Franc joins the ensemble, adding depth and structure. The grapes see about three weeks of maceration with gentle pigeage, and the wine ages for over a year in old barrels before a final rest in tank. As always, it’s bottled without fining, filtration, or sulfur.
