Lumière de Silex 2023

Lumière de Silex is a crystalline, age-worthy Chenin from 40-year-old vines rooted in clay and limestone soils with veins of flinty silex. Fermented spontaneously and aged in old barrels in Robinot’s cool, deep caves, this wine is all about mineral purity and slow development. It’s a structured, contemplative white with immense cellar potential and zero additions.
