Due to the perishable nature of natural wine, we generally cannot accept returns on opened bottles, but we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with every organic selection. If your shipment arrives damaged or if you encounter a flawed bottle, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.

Examine your wine bottles immediately upon arrival for any signs of leakage, breakage, or heat damage sustained during transit.
Document Issues
If you find a damaged or corked bottle, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping packaging to help us process your claim.

Email our customer care team with your order number and the documentation of the issue to receive a return authorization or credit.
Receive Resolution
