What exactly is natural wine?

How do you ship during extreme weather?
To protect your wine from heat or freezing temperatures, we offer weather-delayed shipping and insulated packaging options. We monitor transit routes daily to ensure your bottles arrive in perfect condition.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a signature and valid ID upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.
What is your return policy for corked or damaged wine?
If your wine is corked or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or store credit to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.
Are your wines vegan-friendly?
The vast majority of our natural wines are vegan, as they are typically unfined and unfiltered. If you have specific dietary concerns, you can filter our collection by 'Vegan' or check the product descriptions.
Can I cancel or skip my wine club subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control over your MYSA subscription through your account dashboard. You can skip a month, swap bottles, or cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle.
