A unique field blend of red and white grapes grown on a limestone plot lovingly recultivated by Steffi and Eddi. Crafted with spontaneity and freedom, two-thirds of the grapes are pressed directly while one-third undergoes short maceration, fermenting and aging in large wooden vats and 1500L barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur, Cecilia shines as an inspiring and unconventional rosé. Vibrant, idiosyncratic, and effortlessly independent, Cecilia is a delicious reminder to embrace individuality and authenticity.
