Made from 30-year-old vines grown on clay soils, this naturally sparkling wine is crafted without additions — no sulfur, no disgorgement, and no filtration. The grapes are destemmed, direct pressed, and slowly fermented in stainless steel before being bottled just before fermentation finishes, capturing the lively bubbles in the bottle. Unfined, unfiltered, and buzzing with life — it’s pét-nat in its most honest, chuggable form.
