Respiro Lagar (Skin Contact) 2023

A textured skin-contact white from old bush vines in the Serra de São Mamede. The grapes are picked by hand, crushed by foot in a traditional stone lagar, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for 12 months in old oak. Dry and aromatic, with citrus peel, smoky depth, roasted almond, soft tannic grip, and a long spicy finish.
